French 75 cocktail made with Sand Lily sparkling wine at Boneyard Pub in Bend Oregon

The Boneyard Pub in Bend, Oregon offers Sand Lily Sparkling Wines on tap – and they use our wine to make a signature cocktail, the Sand Lily Monumental.

Devin, one of Boneyard’s creative bartenders, created this tasty cocktail with the final touch being either of Sand Lily’s sparkling wine options.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 oz Benedictine
  • 1-2 oz Sand Lily Sparkling Wine – brut ( use Rose for a bit more sweetness)
  • Garnish with orange peel (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker on ice.
  • Strain the cocktail mix into a cocktail glass with ice
  • Top cocktail mix with Sand Lily Sparkling Wine.
  • Garnish with orange peel (optional)
