French 75 cocktail made with Sand Lily sparkling wine at Boneyard Pub in Bend Oregon

The Boneyard Pub in Bend, Oregon offers Sand Lily Sparkling Wines on tap – and they use our wine for delicious cocktails. This is Boneyard’s take on a sparkling wine favorite, the French 75 featuring our sparkling wine and another local favorite Gomper’s Gin. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Gompers Navy Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Sand Lily Sparkling Wine
  • Lemon Twist for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker on ice.
  • Strain the cocktail mix into a flute glass.
  • Top cocktail mix with Sand Lily Sparkling Wine.
  • Garnish with lemon twist (optional)
